Make sure the following keys are created in the Windows Registry using regedit.
Create the DisabledByDefault DWORD value and set it to 0 in the following locations:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.1\Client
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\S curityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols\TLS 1.2\Client
Reboot to finish.
